Economic model
- All players start with their own State, which is indestructible and its territory can be expanded. - Buildings in your country require land, which size depends on the number and type of territories you own. - Each country has 25 territories at its disposal - Your territories cannot be colonized by other players.
There are 5 kinds of resources which you can gather:
Ore
Oil
Energy
Electronics
Money called IC (International Currency)
Also there are two other kind of resources, which are of up most importance:
LAND and your CITIZENS
- Land is necessary for all buildings to be constructed - Citizens provide the labor force for everything - from resource gathering, manufacture, research and etc. to the conscripts for your army.
- Everything you build and research in your country needs certain amount of man hours. - The more people you hire in your industry and research, the less time is necessary to complete tasks.
Base efficiency of your citizens is as follows:
100 workers produce
1 Ore | 1 Oil | 1 Electronics | 1 science | 0,2 money
Base market price of the resources are as follows:
1 Ore = 1 Oil = 0,2 Electronics = 1 money
but these prices will change depending on supply and demand.
The primary resources are:
Ore– Ore symbolizes all building material. It is extracted by the workers hired in ore mines.
Oil – Extremely important resource. - It is the fuel that the Power plants need to burn in order to produce Energy. - All military units need oil when moving. - It is extracted by the workers hired in the oil wells.
Land
- Gives you more space to construct new buildings on. - Make sure you colonize on time, so you do not run out of land.
Secondary (by-product) resources:
Energy
- Your population consumes large amounts of energy in order to grow and work. - You can acquire energy through construction of oil burning Power plants, hydro-electrical Power plants and Nuclear power plants. - Hydro-electrical Power plants are the best alternative to the oil burning power plants, but they are very expensive and take a lot of land. - Nuclear power plants are next to impossible to build and only the most advanced states can have them. - Energy cannot be stored, the surplus is lost.
Money or IC (International Currency)
- Your primary currency. - Army upkeep is calculated in money. - All the trade is possible only through money. - You make money by hiring citizens in the free economy. - The working places in the free economy are generated by many of the production buildings necessary to extract resources, build units and etc.
Science
- New technologies are researched by the citizens hired in the Universities, where they generate knowledge. - Each technology costs certain amount of man hours invested in knowledge. - When the technology is discovered the knowledge gathering stops until new project is started. - Knowledge, like Energy, cannot be stored.
Electronics
- Necessary for production of the high tech military units and buildings. - You have to build Electronics plants which consume Ore in order to produce electronic components.
Population growth
Your population grows by the following formula: (base growth+growth)* researches and bonuses. The population grows with different speed depending on where it is employed at:
1. The unemployed population grows at - 100%. 2. Workers hired in production and free economy grow at 50%. 3. Workers hired in the University grow at 0% (they do not grow at all!)
- Education and Medicine technologies decrease and increase the population growth respectively. - Your population is in constant need of energy in order to grow. Energy consumption depends on the employment.
Base energy consumption per 1000 citizens is as follows:
Unemployed citizens: 1 energy per hour
Ore and Oil gathering citizens: 1,5 energy per hour
Free economics employed: 1,5 energy per hour
Military production plant: 2 energy per hour
Construction yard: 2 energy per hour
Electronics plant: 3 energy per hour
University: 3 energy per hour
Expansion
- You can colonize new territories and expand your country by building Capital. - New territories do not grant you new resources, but they increase your population growth.

Resource Bases
- Resource bases are built on the top of resource deposits which can be found on the map. - The resource bases can be used also as military bases to extend one's presence in a particular area. - They can be destroyed, so they need to be well protected. - Limited number of buildings can be constructed on them and the necessary workers are hired directly from the main land. - When Resource base is destroyed, you lose points. Armies and transporters return automatically to the main base, spies die. The limit of the workers you can hire in the free economics decreases.
- Each resource base can produce either Ore or Oil, never both. - You can build resource base anywhere on the map, as long as the site is in your range. - If neither Ore or Oil are present at the chosen location, the base can be used solely for military outpost. - Resource base requires level 10 Infrastructure and level 6 Geology. - Each level of Geology above 6 allows one more additional Resource base to be built. - Resource base costs 50 000 ore. - Resource base requires 100 000 free population which is automatically hired in the Construction factory when the base is built. - Resource base building takes 12 hours.
Trade
You can trade resources through the Global market. There you exchange resources for money.
1 Ore = 1 money
1 Oil = 1 money
1 Electronics = 5 money
Global Market
This is the place where you can buy and sell everything – resources, electronic components and weapon systems, as well as borrow money from the Bank. There are two market rules though: 1. If you want to buy anything it has to be offered by someone else. 2. The stuff you are offering to sell on the market may not be interesting for anyone else.
The Global Market is divided into 4 tabs – Stock Market, Weapons Market, Money transfer and Bank.
The Stock Market allows you to buy or sell Ore, Oil or Electronics. - You have 3 buttons available on the upper field of the tab – Buy, Sell and My offers. - When you offer something to sell, the system takes 10% commission from the overall price you put in in (IC) - The offer lasts for 48 hours and it will show up on the market between 10 and 60 minutes after you submit it - If no one buys your stuff, it is returned to you, but the commission is lost. - You can see the top 5 offers for each resources as well, right below the Quick shop field. - The lowest offer price can be 0.1, the highest 99
– The Weapons market allows you to buy or sell weapon systems. - Only machinery can be sold or bought. - Your offer shows up between 10 and 60 minutes from posting it. - 10% commission from overall price is taken. - The offer lasts for 48 hours. - If no one buys your stuff, the commission is lost. - The lowest offer price can be 1
Bank allows you to borrow money and the repay it with an interest.
- 3 options are available – Small, Medium and Big loan. - The loans are given in IC (money) and repaid in IC again. - The paying of the credit is done automatically. - If you do not have enough money, the payment is still made and you are going to have a negative (IC). - The larger the credit the higher the interest rate will be on it.
Money transfer allows players to send and receive money.
- The maximum amount of IC sent or received is 20 times the player's net worth points. - When you send IC, your balance goes to surplus, and when you receive IC - to minus. - The closer you get to the maximum IC amount you are allowed to receive, the more IC sent to you will be lost. - Money exchange between hostile players is forbidden.
Infrastructure
- The higher level your infrastructure is the more its hit points are. - You can additionally increase these hitpoints by researching Fortification. - If the Infrastructure is destroyed in the State, no new buildings can be started until it is repaired. - If the Infrastructure in a resource and military base is destroyed, the base, itself is also destroyed.
