Diplomatic Model
Creating an alliance
- Each player who has 150 point can create an alliance.
- The new Alliance can accept only 5 members.
- To allow inviting other player, alliance must research “Alliance Administration”. Each level grants access for 5 more players.
- Each player has "employment history" - alliances he has participated in and for how long.
- The player has the right to change his alliance 10 times, and he can return to his previous alliance only once.
- The player, who created the Alliance, becomes its Leader.
Elections
- Only The Leader and members who have diplomacy rights can send invitations to new members. - Every alliance member can evoke elections. - Each member votes with his net worth points just as company share holders.
- Elections are active for 24 hours.
- Each member receives a message about elections being evoked.
- Each member can vote for Leader only once.
- When elections are active, the candidate for Leader position can not be removed from the Alliance.
- Each member can evoke elections only 4 times.
Alliance Group rights
Leader
- Can invite and remove players from the Alliance.
- Can see all members’ stats – economy and military.
- Can see all members’ Current Missions.
- Can grant and remove rights to Alliance members.
- Can order alliance buildings.
- Can order Alliance Technologies.
Regular Members
- - No special rights are granted, only protection from other alliance members.
- - Can evoke elections to become Leader.
Alliance Rang System (Positions)
First Officer – Has all the rights of the Leader, except the right to remove the Leader of the Alliance. - Leader has the option not to assign First officer. General – Receives 10 % attack bonus as the Leader. - Can see all Alliance army deployment and Current Missions. - Each Alliance can have maximum 4 Generals. - Each General can command group of 5 members. Financier – Receives 10% economic bonus as the Leader. - Can define members quotas. - Quotas are resources, people, money that each member must contribute to the Alliance. Diplomat – Can define all relationships with other alliances in the game. - The war can be declared only by Leader and his First Officer. Scientist – Receives 10% bonus in researching new technologies – Alliance and personal. - Can start and pause Alliance technologies. Chief Engineer – Can build Alliance buildings.
Peace and Military relations between Alliances (Standings)
There are 5 types of standings. All standings are public and can be seen by anyone
Alliance (Federation) – if your ally is be attacked by a third alliance, you can declare war to the enemy alliance free of charge. - Alliances, which are members of the same Federation, cannot attack each other. NAP – Non-Aggression Pact between two Alliances. - If you want to break up the NAP, you will have to wait 8 hours. - When the NAP is broken, the system sends messages to both Alliances' members. Neutrality – Nothing is forbidden, but if your Alliance attacks other Alliance, you lose 20 points Reputation and standings between members of both Alliances become Hostile. - If the defender is participating in alliance, all members from the alliance are hostile to the attacker. - All Alliance members receive messages, notifying them about the standings change. Inactive players do not need to be turned hostile in order to be attacked. Hostile – In this standing you can attack without warning, but this is not official war, and your alliance members are not involved. War – If you declare war, you will need to wait 8 hours. - Almost everything is allowed during Alliance war. - However, there are some special rules:
- - No reputation has taken for bombing population.
- - Nuclear Attack is 50% less penalized.
- - To declare a war you must pay fee in money from the Alliance funds.
- This fee depends of your Alliance net points (Formula: Alliance members' net worth points sum * 10).
- - War is active for 168 hours.
- - When the war is over standings between both Alliances remain Hostile for another 168 hours.
Members, not participating in Alliance, cannot make NAP and War with Alliances.
Alliance Technologies
Each member can hire people from his population to work for the Alliance University. Leader and Scientists can start researching Alliance Technologies. The research speed depends on the amount of hired people from all allies. You can pause current research and start a different one.
